What information do we collect?

We collect the personal and health information needed to provide dental care: your name, contact details, date of birth, medical and dental history, NHS or insurance details, X-rays, photographs and treatment notes.

When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To provide and plan your treatment, process NHS or insurance claims, send appointment reminders, and respond to enquiries. Our lawful basis is the provision of health care under UK GDPR. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in your care or payment, such as a dentist we refer you to, a dental laboratory, the NHS, or where the law requires it. Our software providers store data under contract and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How is it stored?

Clinical records are kept in secure practice software with restricted access, and held for the periods recommended for dental records in the UK.

Can I see or correct my records?

Yes. Ask the practice manager and we will respond within one month. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
